Our Story
How Muqabaleh Started
The idea for Muqabaleh came from a real experience: qualified Arab candidates failing interviews not because of a lack of competence, but because of insufficient practice in crafting answers and handling the pressure of a real interview.
We saw a major gap in the Arab market: Western platforms don't support Arabic well enough, and interview training is limited to expensive courses or friends conducting unstructured mock interviews.
So we built Muqabaleh: an AI-powered smart interviewer that conducts realistic interviews in Arabic and English, evaluates answers across four independent criteria, and issues QR-verified reports.
Today, Muqabaleh serves thousands of professionals across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, and Egypt — and we continue to expand.
