Privacy Policy

Muqabaleh is committed to protecting the privacy of its users in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This policy applies to all individual and corporate users who use the platform's services.

We collect the following data: full name, email address, voice transcripts from interview sessions, interview scores and evaluation results, and passport PDFs generated from your practice. Optional profile fields may include country, industry, and experience level.

How we use your data: AI scoring of interview answers, email delivery (transactional and product updates), and Interview Passport PDF generation. We do not sell personal data.

We do not activate any services or share data by default without the user's explicit consent. Users must provide prior consent before any additional processing of their data.

Data retention: voice/audio-related processing data is retained for up to ninety (90) days. Interview Passport records and account profile data are retained indefinitely until you delete your account. You may request deletion at any time.

Account deletion: from Settings you can delete your account. This permanently deactivates the account and anonymizes personal identifiers. Passport files associated with the account are removed or made inaccessible. For help, email support@muqabaleh.com.

Third parties we use to operate the service: Google Cloud (speech-to-text / text-to-speech), Google Gemini (AI scoring), Brevo (email delivery), and PayPal (payments). We do not share data with other advertisers for their own marketing.

We use advanced encryption protocols (TLS 1.3) for data transmission and AES-256 encryption for storage. All connections between the browser and our servers are fully encrypted.

Cookies: we use essential cookies required to run the platform, and analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics 4) only after you grant consent via our cookie banner. You can change analytics consent in the banner settings on a new device or by clearing site data.

The platform may not be used by persons under the age of eighteen (18). If an account belonging to a minor is discovered, it will be immediately cancelled and all data deleted.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes are published on this page with an updated revision date. Users are notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notification.

User rights: you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@muqabaleh.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from this policy shall be resolved amicably first, then through the competent courts in the Kingdom.

In the event of a security breach affecting user data, we are committed to notifying affected users within seventy-two (72) hours of discovering the breach, providing details about the nature of the affected data and actions taken.

By using the Muqabaleh platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the platform.
